In Cooperation with the Military Academy, Sohag University President attends the Activities of the Strategic Studies and National Security Course with the Participation of 239 Trainees

Dr. Hassan Al-Numany praised the fruitful cooperation and mutual coordination with the National Defense faculty, represented by the Academy, as a scientific institution distinguished by its rich contributions and a wing for military science, led by Major General Staff Ahmed Safi Al-Din, Director of the Military Academy for Strategic Studies, praising the importance of the course.

which based on the cooperation protocol between the university and the academy, as a strong step in increasing the awareness of the principles, concepts and dimensions of the national security and what the Arab countries in general and Egypt in particular are facing.

Major General Osama El-Gammal, a lecturer at the symposium, expressed his happiness at his presence at Sohag University, the beacon that illuminates the Upper Egypt region, pointing out the need to raise  the awareness of all segments of society, especially young people, to confront the conspiracies against the country, especially since Egypt is being strongly targeted during this period due to its great reform steps and development achievements which takes place on the ground, so the academy and the university went to qualify its employees in the

 

the fields of strategic studies and national security as an investment in fruitful cooperation between the state’s civil and military institutions to exchange experiences in various fields,

Moreover Lieutenant Colonel Muhammad Hamdy explained that the course will include several lectures about the concept of the state, plans to divide the Arab region, analysis of current events, and security concepts, adding that the course is the first in a series of courses that will be organized between the academy and the university.
