The Center of Capacity Development of staff Members and Leadership at Sohag University, in cooperation with the National Center of Training and Leadership Preparation of the Supreme Council of Universities, concluded the activities of TOT trainers preparation course, which continued over 6 days, with the participation of Dr. Ashour Omri, former director of the National Center of Training and Leadership Preparation of the Supreme Council of Universities. ,
Dr. Khaled Omran, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs and the certified trainer at the Center, Dr. Muhammad Omran, Professor of Science at South Valley University and the certified trainer at the National Center, and Dr. Anbar Mahmoud, Director of the Center and certified trainer, at the Center’s headquarters in the old university campus.
Dr. Hassan Al-Nomany, President of the University, said that the training course aimed to prepare trained cadres from the university’s employees, including staff members and workers at the university and outside it, and to qualify them scientifically and practically to carry out training in the future, and to transform theoretical ideas into tangible practical reality with simplified explanation and facilitating method in addition to learning about the inputs and outputs of the training process, he added that the training was provided by a professional group of the best trainers in Egypt and the Arab world, and 16 trainees participated in the training program, and the program was presented in 36 hours of training.
