Prof. Hassan Al-Noamani, President of Sohag University, chaired the first executive meeting to discuss the first preparations for establishing the private university and discuss work and study mechanisms therein, in the presence of the accountant Ashraf El-Kady, Secretary-General of the University, Dr. Fatima Othman, Head of the Architecture Department at \ Faculty of Engineering, Dr. Ahmed Attia, Assistant Professor in the Department of Structural Engineering, Dr. Ahmed Khaled, Director of the University’s Engineering Consultation Center, and Engineer Mohamed Lotfy, representative of the company.
Al-Noamani said that the establishment of the National University came to establish private universities that provide Egypt’s youth with a distinguished level of education, compatible with the needs of the internal and external labor market, and contribute to the preparation of specialized cadres in modern scientific technological fields.
He thanked Dr. Ayman Ashour for his support to establish Sohag National University, in line with achieving the state’s strategic plan in the field of higher education
