Students with Visual disabilities in the Faculties of Arts, Alsun, and Law take their Final Exams Electronically at Nour Al-Basira Center at Sohag University

Dr. Hassan Al-Noamani, President of Sohag University, inspected the FINAL exams for the 2023/2024 academic year, at Nour Al-Basira Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired, accompanied by Dr. Abdel Nasser Yassin and Dr. Khaled Omran, Vice Presidents of the University, Dr. Imad Al-Sawaina, Director of the Center, and Dr. Salma Abdel Moneim, Deputy Director of the Center, at the Center’s headquarters in Old university campus..

Al-Nomani confirmed that the university is one of the first Egyptian universities to implement the electronic examination system for people with visual impairment, in implementation of the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi to give students with disabilities equal opportunities with their peers to achieve human justice, adding that 13 students take the electronic examinations

Those students from various faculties, namely:

Faculty of Arts in the Departments of Islamic Studies, Arabic Language, Sociology, Philosophy and Media, and the Departments of Persian Language and Turkish Language in faculty  Al-Alsun and faculty of Law.
