Dr. Hassan Al-Noamani, President of Sohag University, witnessed the closing ceremony of the Creativity Festival in its 12th season in the literary, scientific, and artistic fields, for students of universities, higher institutes, and government and private academies, which was organized by the Central Administration for Youth Development, “General Administration for Cultural and Artistic Programs,” in the presence of Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, Minister of Youth and Sports, Dr. Mohamed Othman Elkhosht, President of Cairo University, and journalist Mona El Shazly, Ambassador of the Creativity Festival for University Students.
A number of university presidents, a group of public figures, thinkers and artists, and a large crowd of media professionals, in the Grand Conference Hall at Cairo University.
Al-Nomani said that the ceremony is being held under the patronage of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic, who always seeks to appreciate and support creativity and innovators in various fields, especially among Egypt’s talented students with creative and enlightened minds, directing sincere thanks and appreciation to Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education, and Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, Minister of Youth and Sports for their efforts in providing support to discover creative and distinguished students in various cultural, artistic and creative fields in general.
Al-Noamani congratulated the participating Sohag University students who were able to obtain 6 advanced positions at the level of the participating universities, which proves that the university is full of youthful energies that will never end, and are capable of creativity and excellence, and the university administration is keen to harness all their capabilities and provide the appropriate climate to discover their talents to serve the nation, achieve sustainable development, and develop the environment and society of creativity in its comprehensive sense, stressing that Ibdaa Competition has become one of the most important state mechanisms concerned with discovering talented people in light of the increase in the number and diversity of competition areas, and extending his thanks to the trainers and specialists from the University’s Youth Welfare Department who contributed to training the students
