Prof. Hassan Al-Noaman, President of Sohag University, congratulated President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic, and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, on the celebration of the fiftieth anniversary, the “Golden Jubilee,” of October victories.
Alnoman also sent a telegram to Lieutenant General Mohamed Zaki, Minister of Defense and Military Production, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, and the leaders of the Armed Forces, officers, non-commissioned officers and soldiers.
