Dr. Hassan El-Nomany, President of Sohag University, honored 567 trainees from the university\u2019s administrative staff for passing the training courses organized by the University\u2019s Organization and Administration Department, as part of the presidential initiative \u201cA New Beginning for Human Development,\u201d in the presence of Dr. Khaled Omran, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs.<\/p>\n
Accountant Ashraf Al-Qadi, Secretary General of the University, Major General Tariq Hafez, Director of Administrative Security at the University, Sherine Youssef, Director General of the Administration, and Dr. Ahmed Atef, Director General of the Central Youth Care Administration, in the glass hall in the old campus.<\/p>\n
At the beginning of his speech, Al-Nomany congratulated the members of the administrative system for passing the required training courses, which are compatible with the needs of the various central departments, faculties and the university hospital, with the aim of developing institutional performance and leadership skills, and creating a spirit of creativity, innovation and competition among the members of the administrative apparatus, emphasizing the continuation of this type of courses, and measuring their impact on developing the administrative work system and the extent of benefit gained from them, extending thanks to the employees of the Organization and Administration Department and their efforts in training the university\u2019s employees.<\/p>\n
Dr. Khaled Omran said that the honoring included trainers and trainees, and they were given an official certificate for successfully passing the training course in their field of specialization, adding that the aim of these courses is to maximize the organizational aspects in the various departments, and support the digital transformation system, stressing the importance of this training program to achieve the quality of the educational and administrative process, and to achieve self-development and growth.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
